REQUIRED PAGE INFORMATION - MUSICIANS, BANDS, DUOS & DJ'S

To complete your profile on our website, we need the following:

General Information

Instrument – Select your instrument(s)

Showreel

  • Please ensure it is no longer than 3 minutes and 30 seconds

  • The first minute is crucial; make sure the viewer sees all your strongest skills within this time, with the rest of the showreel expanding upon this

  • Keep in mind that casting directors for cruises tend to look more for pop/rock material than theatre/musical

  • Preference is given to English-language performances, supplemented by other languages (especially German, Spanish, and Italian)

  • If you have multiple skills, be sure to showcase all of these in your showreel

  • Upload your showreel to a professional YouTube channel, one that does not contain private videos. You will also need this to upload self-tape auditions

Promotional photos

  • 1 main profile photo in 1:1 format (square) 

  • 5 to 10 studio and/or stage photos in 9:16 format (landscape/horizontal). Photo's should be in .jpeg or .png file - no larger than 2mb each.

  • Please use our official Canva CV/resume template, which we will share with you via email. Kindly keep the original colors and layout unchanged. As your CV/resume will be published on our website, please keep Eleonore Entertainment’s contact details in place and do not include any personal contact information to protect your privacy. For duos and groups: Each member must complete an individual CV/resume using our template. Please combine all completed CVs into one PDF document before uploading.

Biography in English

  • Biography should be between 140 and 200 words and written in the third person (don't use 'I'). Try to include a fun or quirky fact about yourself - avoid just listing your resume.
