Ivan Piombi

Ivan Piombi is a guitarist and composer from southern Patagonia, Argentina. His music creates landscapes and tells stories through guitar and voice, using alternate tunings to produce deep, ancient sounds that connect with memory and emotion. His style blends folk, bluegrass, flamenco, classical, and baroque influences.

He began playing professionally at 17 with the flamenco-fusion band Rola Gitana and launched his solo career in 2017. His releases include the EP Leyendas sobre cuerdas (2017) and the album El Nómade y el Índigo (2022). Ivan has collaborated in several bands and projects, composed music for theater, and shared the stage with well-known artists across Argentina and Europe.

He has performed at festivals, theaters, and cultural venues, as well as in meditation and contemporary dance settings. Since 2024, he has been based in Torino, Italy. His music is available on all major streaming platforms.
