To complete your profile on our website, we need the following:
General Information
Showreels
3 to 4 minute showreel with all your highlights - The first minute is crucial; make sure the viewer sees all your strongest skills within this time, with the rest of the showreel expanding upon this
1 to 2 minute 'banter' reel that highlights your interaction with the audience (if you only have this in dutch at this time - it's ok, we can add english subtitles)
50 sec. to 1.20 minute trailer of your show
A 10 to 12 minute uncut and unedited section of your show - please find a dynamic section that also includes audience interaction.
Preference is given to English-language performances, supplemented by other languages (especially German, Spanish, and Italian)
If you don't have a (good) reels yet, you can have it made by one of our partners at a reduced price
Upload your reels to a professional YouTube channel, one that does not contain private videos
Promotional photos
1 headshot in 1:1 format (square)
2 marquee photos - please click here for detailed information. Photo's should be in .jpeg or .png file - no larger than 1mb each
5 to 10 studio and/or stage photos in 16:9 format (landscape/horizontal). Photo's should be in .jpeg or .png file - no larger than 2mb each
Biography in English
Biography should be between 140 and 200 words and written in the third person (don't use 'I'). Try to include a fun or quirky facts about the act and the shows - avoid just listing a resume
Setlists
Pdf file that contains the setlist and/or storyline of both your shows (let us know if you would like to use our canva template - we can send you a link)

Letter of Agreement
Add the signed Letter of Agreement that has been send to you via email
